Common questions
When customers pay at the table via QR (pay-at-table), we route the funds directly to your Stripe Connect account and take a per-transaction platform fee. The fee depends on your plan tier — lower tiers pay a higher percentage. You can request payouts of your balance any time, subject to admin approval.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
No free trial — every paid plan starts with a Stripe Checkout. The Free tier is the no-cost entry point: it includes core operations and QR Pay & Order with a 50-cover/month cap. Upgrade to Starter, Growth, or Pro any time to unlock the full feature set.
On the Free and Starter plans, reservations will be paused once you hit your monthly cover limit. You'll receive an email notification 3 days before you're about to reach the limit, giving you time to upgrade.
Free includes 1 branch, Starter 2 branches, and Growth up to 5 branches under a single restaurant brand. Multi-restaurant access (up to 3 separate brands, each with up to 5 branches) is exclusive to the Pro plan. Each location gets its own dashboard, floor plan, and analytics; Pro additionally unlocks multi-outlet inventory sync, marketplace listing, and the full API.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as bank transfers for annual plans. Invoicing is available for Pro and Enterprise customers.
On the Growth plan, SMS and WhatsApp credits are pooled across all your restaurant locations. On the Pro plan, each location has its own dedicated credit allocation. Run out? Buy a top-up pack from your dashboard — credits stack with your monthly plan allotment.
